This project was developed for the Montois-Partners architecture office in order to use our 3D real-time custom technology to aid in the decision-making process by evaluating various versions of a same real-estate project virtually inserted into the european area in Brussels.
The goal of Montois-Partners was to visually estimate the volumes of the neighbouring buildings and to compare them with the different versions of their real-estate project. Our solution has allowed them to confirm their arguments for the regional authorities in favor of the more profitable version of the real-estate project. View our video.
Projets Internes
In order to prove our technical skills, we have initiated an internal project consisting in the reconstruction of the touristic Sablon area in Brussels in high-quality and in real-time 3D. This area is known for its old antique dealers, luxury chocolate shops and restaurants. The simulator let you fly around the "Notre-Dame des Victoires" church (a gothic church from the XVth century) and let you navigate in front of typical ancient houses. This a reconstruction project we just started and where we modelize an historical area of Bruges next to the canals. The Beguine convent, funded in the XIIIth century and occupied in the past by the beguines, is registered in the Unesco world heritage. We work on this reconstruction with the help of students doing their end study work at our office. Our goal here is to promote a famous and highly touristic place in Belgium. This is also an opportunity to work on technical challenges in real-time such as the canal's water or the grass and the trees in the Beguine convent's park.
